Delivery
Every work ships from Mexico City, crated and insured door to door. We prepare the shipment within 2 to 5 business days of payment and confirm the delivery date with you before dispatch. Transit takes about 3 to 7 business days within Mexico, 7 to 15 to the United States and Canada, 9 to 19 to Europe, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and 12 to 20 to Hong Kong.
Delivery is priced by destination and by the value of the work, insurance and crating included. Within Mexico: up to MX$20,000 → MX$1,500 · MX$20,000 to 100,000 → MX$3,500 · MX$100,000 to 500,000 → MX$8,000 · above MX$500,000 → MX$15,000. United States: up to US$1,200 → US$150 · to 6,000 → 350 · to 30,000 → 800 · above → 1,500. United Kingdom: up to £900 → £120 · to 4,500 → 280 · to 22,000 → 650 · above → 1,200. Europe (EUR): up to €1,000 → €150 · to 5,000 → 350 · to 25,000 → 750 · above → 1,400. Switzerland: up to CHF 1,000 → 130 · to 5,000 → 300 · to 24,000 → 700 · above → 1,300. Hong Kong: up to HK$9,000 → HK$1,200 · to 45,000 → 2,800 · to 230,000 → 6,500 · above → 12,000. Other destinations are quoted before dispatch. Import duties and taxes outside Mexico are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns within 14 days
- You may return a work within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Write to office@avant.dev with your order number and we arrange an insured collection.
- The work must come back in its original condition, with its certificate of authenticity and packaging.
- For a change of mind, the return shipment is at your cost, at the same rates as delivery. We refund the price of the work to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.
- A work damaged in transit is on us: report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we collect it, restore it or refund it in full, including delivery.
Exchanges
Works are unique, so we do not offer exchanges. Project-initiation deposits for consulting are refundable until the evaluation begins.
Your rights
Nothing here limits your rights under Mexican consumer law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor) or the consumer law of the country you buy from.
