about
Avant.Dev®
Avant.Dev is a contemporary art gallery in Mexico City. We represent a close group of artists from Mexico, Chile and beyond, and we place their original works with collectors in Mexico, the United States and Europe. Every work leaves with its certificate of authenticity and its story intact — and we take care of the rest.

The life of a work
What happens to a work from the day it enters the gallery.
It enters the catalogue
Photographed, measured and described with its artist. It gets its own page and its place in a collection.
It gets its certificate
A certificate of authenticity with a public page and a code to verify it, carried in the phone’s wallet.
It finds its collector
Delivery is insured and quoted by destination. The sale leaves a note: a record for who sold it and for its artist.
It changes hands
When its owner opens it to offers, the certificate is transferred, never reissued, and the artist earns a royalty.
“A work should never travel without its story.”
