As a collector you share your contact details, your saved works and inquiries, and the works you acquire. We use them to answer you, issue and keep your certificates of authenticity, arrange shipping and tell you about previews if you opt in. We never sell personal data.

Collector profile terms (v1.0)
1. Data provided: name, email, organisation (optional), addresses used for orders, saved works, inquiries and correspondence, acquisition records.
2. Purpose: answering inquiries, processing acquisitions and shipping, issuing and safekeeping certificates of authenticity and their ownership history, and — only with your opt-in — early access and previews.
3. Certificates: your name and email are kept in the certificate ledger as owner; the public page never shows them unless you choose to display a collection name.
4. Retention: inquiry data 3 years; sales and certificate records 7 years (legal requirement).
5. Your rights: access, correction, deletion and portability under LFPDPPP (Mexico), UK GDPR and EU GDPR, by writing to the gallery (subject: DSAR).
